Direct from Brooklyn, New York I introduce you to Granola Lab. Granola Lab is a small food company with an innovative line of granola that takes breakfast to another level. Granola Lab is a creative food gift that can be sent straight from Brooklyn to your front door. The granola is fresh, crunchy, and addicting. All batches are made to order and use simple, all-natural ingredients.
What is truly fabulous about Granola Lab is that all flavors can be ordered peanut-free and/or vegan upon request. You have to admire a dietary conscious company.
Granola Lab generously sent me all of their flavors to try. Here are my thoughts about my three favorite:
1. Activation Energy – Coffee, Chocolate and Hazelnuts. Granola Lab Workers – can you get any better than this? I drowned this in milk and ate it up for breakfast. It was out of this world satisfying.
2. Get Gingersnapping – Spicy Ginger, Molasses & Golden Raisins. Yup, this was my favorite – the golden raisin and molasses combination is ingenious. Granola Lab definitely produces this in the mystical lab they describe on their website. I’m sure this took several rounds of experimentation but they got it right. I ate this in about 4 huge handfuls and was bummed when it was gone 
3. Cranberry-Cashew Compound: Cranberries, Cashews & Cloves. Can’t say it was my favorite because my husband scarfed it all down and did not bother to share. He has not stopped asking for more since, so it must have been pretty good. Anything to keep him off the Eggo Waffles!
